The Maintaining Methods of Wet Magnetic Separator

Our magnetic separator is applicable to the wet magnetic separation of materials whose granularity is below 10 mm, such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ores and ilmenite. It also can be used for the deironing operations of coal, non-metallic minerals and building materials. The wet magnetic separating machines produced by Fote Machinery still have characteristics of simple structure, large handling capacity, simple operation and easy maintenance. Maintenance is very important for wet magnetic separation equipment.

1. The bearings bear all the loads of the machine, so a good lubrication has a lot to do with bear's using life and it has an immediate impact on machine's service life and running rate. The lubrication oil must be kept clean and well sealed. The moving bearing, rolling bearing, all the gears and sliding surface all need to be lubricated.

2. The newly fixed wheel is easy to loose, so we must check frequently.

3. Pay attention to the operating situation of each part.

4. Check the attrition rate of the quick-wear parts and replace the worn-out parts timely.

5. Remove dirt and other materials on the chassis plane, in case that the moving bearing can't move when encountering with something cannot be broken and causes serious accident.

6. If the oil temperature of the bearing heats up, we should close down the equipment immediately.

7. If there is impact sound when the rolling bearing is rotating, we should stop to check at once and clear the trouble.
