2. It has relatively stable working state, less vibration and less weight of the equipment foundation. The basis weight of gyratory crusher machine is usually 2-3 times of the weight of the main part, and the basis weight of jaw crusher machine is 5-10 times the weight of the machine itself;

3. It can be packed to the mine, and large gyratory crusher can be directly fed into the raw ore without adding ore bin and feeder. The jaw crusher cannot be packed to the mine, and the requirement of feeding should be uniform, so it needs to set up another ore bin (or ore hopper) and feeder. When the mine stone degree is larger than 400 mm, it needs to install expensive heavy plate type feeder;

4. Gyratory crusher is easy to start, which is unlike the jaw crusher with auxiliary tool before starting rotation heavy flywheel (start-up jaw crusher exception);

5. Sheet products generated by gyratory crusher are much less than jaw crusher.
