For this reason, professional installation and debugging and daily maintenance of agitation flotation machine is very important.
The daily maintenance of agitation flotation machine includes: According to the design requirement, inject lubricating grease to the lubricating part and clean the foreign matters like bolts and cotton cloth that fall into the cell body in the installing process. Fill water to the overflow port, and on the condition that the mixing device is not started, check the installation level of the cell body and whether there is leakage. After the machine is in normal condition, start the electromotor, run it for 8 hours with empty load, check the electricity condition of the electromotor and the heat condition of the spare parts, if there is no abnormity, the machine can run with materials. The feeding should be even, neither too fast nor exceeding the required amount. When stopping the machine, it should be stopped 20 minutes after the ball mill is stopped.
