The technical requirements:

1.the full set of production line reaches a length of 32.14m. The allowable misalignment is ±10mm.

2.Total power is 804KW ; the production efficiency is 4-5 block/min.

3.The total length of workshop should be more than 45m; the width should be 10-12m.

4.The slurry storage will be produced in the user field.

5.From connect blank machine to suction molding machine, the roll wheel should be in the same line. The roller is 1.5m higher than wheel.

6.Check whether the parts are complete,whether there is damage before installation.Any damage discovered must be repaired.

7.Check whether the transmission part is fiexible and reliable,whether the fastener is loose.Full enough grease.Jigger testshall not be less than three full cycles.

8.Empty running test shall not be less than 3 hours ,the load test shall not be less than four hours,ensure everything is normal before the officiat start production.

9.Fill lubrication oil once per hour,check transmission part per shift.
