1. Crushing equipment: two-stage crushing system composed of jaw crusher and hammer crusher, ensuring that the granularity of final products is smaller than 8mm.
2. Grinding equipment: the combination of high-efficiency grinding machine and ball mill forms a closed circuit system and improves the grinding efficiency. The waste gas from rotary kiln can be used again to dry powder materials.
3. Briquetting equipment: the pellets produced by disk granulator are transported into the screening equipment by belt conveyor. The qualified ones enter rotary kiln, while the unqualified ones return to raw material mill. We should install different numbers of disc grain makers according to the yield of different rotary kilns.
4. Calcining equipment: Ceramsite rotary kiln and ceramsite sand kiln are the main machines in the calcination process. Pellets are calcinated in the rotary kiln with a certain slope. Under the rotating function of rotary kiln, pellets roll to the kiln head. At the same time, coal powder is sprayed into the furnace. Then pellets are calcinated to ceramsite with high strength.
5. Cooling equipment: cooling machine is the most often used in the cooling process. The cooling of ceramsite adopts rotary cooling machine which has simple and reliable functioning and can reduce energy consumption. The ceramsite after cooling has a low temperature, so you can touch it with your hands.
6. Screening equipment: classifier and screening equipment are the main machines in screening process. The ceramsite after cooling can be transported to multi-stage vibrating screen directly and classified to many granular grades according to your specific requirements.
