moreCone ball mill is a common type of ball mill used in ore beneficiation production. This machine changes the traditional structure of the grinding mill and the machine frame and the chassis is integrated, so that when installing it, it can be placed on a flat foundation for one time. The main bearing adopts double-row radial spherical roller bearing which can reduce the energy consumption by 30% and improve the granularity and processing capacity by 15%-20%.
Cone ball mill adopts specially made roller bearing as the supporting structure of the cylinder and it is a new type of ball mill designed according to brand-new concept. It systematically solves the service life and the aligning problem of the heavy roller bearing that is used for replace the sliding bearing bush, the sealing problem under heavy working condition and the cylinder vibration problem due to long time of working.
1. The equipment should be installed on a flat concrete foundation and fixed with foot bolts.
2. When installing the machine, make sure the main machine is vertical to the horizontal line.
3. After the installation, check whether the bolts of all the spare parts are loose and whether the bin gate of the main engine is fastened.
4. Configure the power line and control switch according to the power of the equipment.
5. After completing the examination, run the machine with empty load and put the machine into production after the test run is normal.
