Gyratory crusher belongs to large coarse crushing machine and its look is similar to a cylinder of cone crusher. Compared with jaw crusher that is also suitable for coarse crushing, gyrator crusher is still favorable due to its unique advantages.
Gyratory crusher is mainly composed of driving part, engine base, eccentric sleeve, crushing cone, middle bracket, beam, oil cylinder, hydraulic part, tackle, electrical part, dry and thin oil lubrication part. The space constituted by movable cone and fixed cone is crushing cone. When electric motor of gyratory crusher drives eccentric sleeve to rotate through belt pulley and cone gear, and eccentric sleeve will drive movable cone to rotate around the center line of the crusher, so that movable crusher gets close and then moves away from the fixed cone crusher, so that ores inside the crushing chamber will be squeezed, bent and then crushed. The crushed materials will be discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber under gravity.
