The high-efficient tertiary impact crusher is a fine crusher that is researched to be suitable for medium-hard materials by absorbing the advanced technology at home and abroad and combining the actual working conditions in domestic cement industry, mining, ore beneficiation and building material companies. This machine is able to do a better job in electricity conservation and energy reduction compared with traditional roll crusher and it is superior to cone crusher in terms of the comprehensive effect.
It is especially suitable for manufacturing abrasive materials and for the fine and medium crushing of many kinds of hard and crisp materials such as refractory, cement, silica sand and steel grit. This crusher has no bottom grating bar. However, since the materials after impacted by the hammers do not form efficient wide-angle impacting act with the lining board, its tertiary crushing ability is relatively weaker than that of the horizontal type tertiary crusher. In addition, its hammer is an integrated structure with short abrasion cycle, and the changing process of the hammers is complicated and the changing of the bearing is more difficult.
