Introduction

Lignite dryer has two 'high' and three 'low' properties: high moisture (water content is generally between 32% and 42%), high volatile (generally between 40 to 50%), low heat (average calorific value is about 3,000 kcal), low density and low ash melting point. Lignite drying machine adopts high-temperature and rapid drying process, which makes the utilization of air temperature increase 40 percentage points than ordinary temperature drying methods. Its heating system has up to 90% thermal efficiency, which allows integrated thermal efficiency up to 73 %. After drying process, part of the hot wind is transported from the beginning to the end for continuous heating to reduce heat loss.
