Silica sand dryer and river sand dryer belong to the same kind of drying equipment, which is mainly used to dry materials with certain humidity and particle sizes.Silica sand dryer also called quartz sand dryer, is widely used to dry all kinds of mineral powder, pulverized coal, quartz sand, clay, yellow sand, foundry sand and a variety of metal ore concentrate, tailings and materials that are slightly polluted by smoke and dust in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry, etc. Quartz sand drying machine has the advantages of high output, low energy consumption, easy maintenance and so on.
Silica sand dryer is dedicated drying equipment newly researched on the basis of drum dryer. It can be widely used in the following industries.
1. It can be used to dry coal slime, raw coal, flotation clean coal and mixed clean coal in coal industry.
2 .It can dry blast furnace slag, clay, bentonite, limestone, sand, quartz sand and other materials in construction industry.
3. It can dry all kinds of metal ore concentrate, waste residue, tailing and other materials in ore beneficiation industry.
4. It also can dry non-heat-sensitive materials in chemical industry.
(Condition: same time and same output)
1. Coal consumption is one third of monocular dryer.
2. Electricity consumption is 40% of monocular dryer.
3. Discharging temperature is less than or equal to 60 degrees; materials after drying can be directly sent to warehouse without being cooled.
4. Thermal efficiency of quartz sand dryer is 40% higher than that of monocular dryer.
5. Quartz sand rotary dryer can save nearly 20% of equipment investment than traditional dryer.
6. Quartz sand dryer is made of wear resistant manganese plate, which is wear-resistant 3 or 4 times than traditional monocular dryer
7. Floor space is reduced by 60% than monocular dryer and construction investment is reduced by nearly 60%.
