This single-stage crusher can crush the mined large-sized ores to the granularity of an average of 5mm for only one time, and it is the ideal product for replacing traditional two-stage and three-stage crushing method, thus simplifying the production process and saving infrastructure investment and production cost.
Single-stage crusher is composed with rotor, bearing, discharge grate, bearing plant, main body and the drive section. The hammer head will strongly hit the ore in the crushing chamber. The ore will be crushed because of the collision between the back liner and ore. Rude ore enters into the feeding port of the crusher through the heavy feeding equipment (apron feeder with adjustable speed). The rude ore will be primarily crushed by the hammer head. The initial crushing material will be further crushed during its movement process. After the crushing process, the crushed material will be discharged into the discharge area. The final crushing process is finished in the lower crushing chamber.
