The slag dryer or slag drying machine is a type of rotary dryer, and mainly composed by the rotary cylinder, induced draft fan, high-speed scattering equipment, lifting plate, the self-cleaning device, transmission device, conveying equipment, hot blast equipment, reducer, supporting device and sealing device. 1. Slag drying equipment has a large handling capacity, strong resistance to overload ability, less fuel consumption, so it can directly reduce the drying costs.
2. In order to achieve the best drying effect, the slag dryer adopts the downstream drying method in design, namely the material and the heat source enter the machine from the same side, lowing the temperature of the discharging area and getting a high heat efficiency.
3. The slag dryer makes an innovation in the inside structure, strengthening the cleaning and heat conduction effect of the scattered material, and solving the adhesion problem on the inside wall of the machine completely.
4. The new generation of slag dryer applies a new-type feeding and discharging equipment, avoiding the phenomenon like block, discontinuous and uneven feeding and material reverting, so the load of the dust removing equipment is effectively decreased.
5. This type of slag dryer can satisfy the different customers for a variety of granularity and moisture demands after drying.
