Manufacturing process: its raw material is bearing steel scrap which is rich in copper, molybdenum, nickel and other precious metal elements. It has a more refining metal grain and more dense organization. All the products are produced by intermediate frequency electric furnace, which guarantees effectively the materials' stability and controls sulfur and phosphorus content in a rather low degree, thus the surface of cylpebsis not easy to peel off and deform. Even if they have worked for a long time, they are still smooth and complete. The thermal process adopts oil quenching production line which is the most advanced and reasonable at present, keeping the product in a leading position no matter in hardness or evenness. In addition, the hardness and toughness is matched perfectly. Besides, the irregular shape of cylpebs itself can reduce the over grinding of material effectively, so it is especially suitable for final products with a certain granularity.
